De savoir que la grange est presque la notre, on a commence a regarder les options au niveau des travaux et du design. C'est vrai que jusqu'a maintenant on etait reste quand meme detache car la
vente etait dependante du certificat d'urbanisme favorable a notre projet. On ne voulait pas se monter la tete juste au cas ou! Le certificat est arrive la semaine derniere et la banque nous a dit
que le pret avait ete accepte. Donc la chance est de notre cote et on commence a rever pour de vrai. J'ai recherche quelques blogs et sites internet pour voir projets
similaires au notre. Connie a trouve une image qui donne une idee de la grange quand la renovation sera finie.
Knowing that the barn is almost ours, we have started to look at all the building and design options available to us in France. It is true that we tried to stay detached from the barn until now as the sale was dependant to getting planning permission (Certificat d'urbanisme). Without it the barn would stay a barn and therefore, we had made sure that this condition was entered into the presale agreement. The good news are that we received the planning permission last week as well as the confirmation from the french bank that they would lend us the money. With luck on our side, we are starting to dream of what can be done even if do not have the money yet to achieve it. I started looking at a few blogs and websites & Connie also found a picture showing what we could achieve.
